Kami menyediakan jasa Overhaul untuk semua merk dan jenis turbocharger, adapun tahapan dalam pelaksanaan overhaul:

  1. Dismantling, Cleaning, Visual Inspection
  2. Hydro Pressure Test
  3. Check Wall thickness of gas inlet and outlet casing
  4. Check Rotor dimension and deflections
  5. Reassembling & Final inspection

REPAIR & BALANCING

Kami menyediakan jasa perbaikan untuk komponen-komponen yang mengalami kerusakan dengan mengikuti instruction dan standard toleransi yang sesuai dari pedoman dari turbocharger maker sehingga dapat dipertanggung jawabkan secara teknis dan kami memberikan garansi selama 1000 hours atau 1 bulan setelah bekerja.

COMPUTERIZED BALANCING SYSTEM

Kami memiliki mesin Balancing dengan Sytem computerized merk Schenk made in Germany (Test Universe  3 Kg – 1000 Kg)

Adapun tahapan dari pelaksanaan Balancing Rotor Shaft:

  1. Removal of Compressor wheels and parttion wall
  2. Throughout cleaning of all parts
  3. Checking the dimension and deflection of rotating parts
  4. Visual inspection of all parts
  5. Dynamic balancing of the rotor shaft with wheels
  6. Assembling of the rotor
  7. Provide balancing report
